Hail, Elizabetha Gloriana --- alias Red! What a lovely Queen as doth grace our Kingdoms hither! Her Majesty's Royal Smile doth blind me with merriment! Me want a taste of it, says I! (Heh-heh!)
But it's Halloween Weekend, too, and it is the 35th Anniversary Greenwich Halloween Parade that your humble Dragonmaster must deal with; I only hope, my dears, that I shall be able to survive the whole mess without feeling dirty. Then, of course, there's another problem which I hope can be easily solved if certain matters are allowed to happen. As I've been telling ye for these last couple of days, my Official Rock Band, Lordi, will make their U.S. television debut on NBC's Late Night w/Conan O'Brien; and, if matters are allow'd to happen, a certain idiot of a Mage (that would be me) will at last greet the Monstericans in person, which I should have done when they did Union Square Park those two summers ago!
Well, enough nonsense! I'm staying in the hovel until the Halloween Parade --- and please, no snide references to Ghostbusters, if thou wouldst; I've already kvetched about ghosts being this year's Parade them, and frankly, there's just so bloody much "Who ya gonna call?" I will be willing to tolerate! As for my old colleague, dear Moonstar, Werewolf of Brooklyn, if indeed you do show up, I look forward to once more joining ye in a good howl or four!
Please join me, my RenSpace friends, as we welcome His Majesty, King John of France, to our Realms! Alas, King John's Palace has not yet been properly set up; so I was wondering if those of you who are already Royals could come to His Majesty's aid.
We look forward to hearing of the many doings, comings and goings from the Royal French Court! Huzzah!

If there be one thing I dislike more than any other, it is making plans in a real big hurry. Far too many times have I had to put up with this kind of behavior, and more often than not it creates more problems than it solves --- and, left untreated, the results tend to go disastrously wrong.
That is why control is ever essential to my continuing to be in the collective face of my fellow New Yorkers. Without control, there can be little more save chaos. And chaos will no longer be tolerated by this Wizard for the foreseeable future. Therefore, I have quietly linked meself to NY1.com and CNS News.com, because I can sense that I shall need to further enlighten meself in the ways of the Multiverse, lest I remain ye proverbial techno-dinosaur.
Maintain thy brain, Mumsey dearest used to tell me. And by Merlin's beard, I'm certainly going to devote my next adventures to achieving that very goal! Hast thou a problem wi' that, Milord?
Today, and because I feel like it --- and besides, it's Friday anyway --- your humble Dragonmaster proposes a toast to Her Majesty, Queen Isabelle of Spain, she who ruleth from the Riverssance Faire at Sioux City, Iowa.
She has reigned over her happy Kingdom with much kindness, and fairness for all her subjects --- the good stuff that always goes with being the Big Royal Boss Lady at the Renaissance Faire! Huzzah! and hurrah!

Today, I thank the Archer, who rules these merry dominions known as RenSpace.com, for having put your humble Dragonmaster in the Shire Spotlight this day. The work has been hard, but hard work is not without its share of suffering! As New York City's Unofficial Wizard, I battle with every passing moment to do all in my power to encourage the Spirit of Imagination within my fellow New Yorkers.
Yesterday, however, when I learned that my Official Rock Band, Lordi, was going to do the November 6th Late Night w/Conan O'Brien, I became incredibly tense and quite aquiver with anticipation. Obviously, dearest Lorne Michaels had noticed how much I've written about the Monstericans in this particular blog, and of course, in my Diary of Magecraft (for those of you keeping score, this is RenSpace Blog Entry #202, by the way).
Alas, this knowledge has cost me dearly, for, despite being tremendously cheered by this news, I could not compensate for it during my evening slumber. As a result, I am this dawn once more your typical grumpy old Mage.
At least, however, I'm happy, for that be the more pressing concern. Now plans must be made, schemes must be worked on --- and the dark spectre of "What next?" raises its cold head. What, ultimately, will I do in the end? Truly, were there e'er a moment to utter the very words to be continued, this would certainly be it!
I look forward to greeting you Mortals at the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade. See ye thither!
